Warranty Claim as follows:

Only manufacturing defects will be covered under warranty.

1. Products having 1 year warranty: Up to 6 months from the date of delivery of the product, we will bear all logistic charges, after 6 months customer has to send the product to us at the expenses of customer. After service we will deliver the product to the customer at our cost.

1. Products having 6 months warranty: Up to 3 months from the date of delivery of the product, we will bear all logistic charges, after 3 months customer has to send the product to us at the expenses of customer. After service we will deliver the product to the customer at our cost.

We take care of the products sold in our website or by us only. 

Damaged products will not be covered under warranty. 

Damages are as: water entered into the watch by pressing any button under water, physical damages, watch fall down, unauthorized repairs.

Watch machines are only covered in warranty, Straps are not covered under warranty
